These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the Torremocha 3D online store (hereinafter, "the Store"), operated by [Company Name]. By using the Store, the Customer fully accepts these terms. If you do not agree, please do not access the Store.

1. Definitions

1.1. Customer: A natural or legal person who uses the Store to purchase products.
1.2. Products: 3D-printed goods offered in the Store, including jewelry, cosplay figures, gadgets, wedding supplies, and personalized products.
1.3. Order: Purchase request made by the Customer in the Store.

2. Ordering and Manufacturing Process

2.1. All products are made to order. Once payment is confirmed, production begins using 3D printing.
2.2. Due to the customized nature of the products, manufacturing times may vary and will be communicated to the Customer prior to final confirmation.
2.3. The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of their order information. Once the printing process has begun, cancellations or modifications will not be accepted without express authorization.

3. Shipping and Deliveries

3.1. Products are shipped via recognized and reliable courier services.
3.2. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the Customer's location and the availability of the courier service.
3.3. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
3.4. The Store assumes no responsibility for shipping delays or incidents attributable to the courier service.

4. Returns and Cancellations

4.1. Returns are accepted for defective products or products that do not meet the agreed specifications, provided the claim is made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.
4.2. Customized products cannot be returned or canceled, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to the Store.
4.3. To initiate a return, the Customer must contact customer service at atencion@torremocha3d.com , providing the order number and a detailed description of the problem.
4.4. Once the defect has been verified, the amount paid will be refunded, less the original shipping costs, if applicable.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

5.1. All designs, 3D models, and visual content published on the Store are the property of Torremocha 3D or third parties and are protected by current intellectual property laws.
5.2. The purchase of a 3D printed product grants the Customer the right to use the physical object, but does not transfer rights to the underlying design or digital model.
5.3. In cases where third-party models are used, the Client acknowledges and respects that such designs belong to their respective authors, and undertakes not to reproduce or distribute the digital models without the relevant authorization.

6. Payment Conditions

6.1. Orders will be paid for using the payment methods available in the Store (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
6.2. The security of transactions is guaranteed through the use of encryption protocols and other security measures adopted by the Store.
6.3. Confirmation of payment will immediately initiate the manufacturing process of the product.

7. Warranties and Limitations of Liability

7.1. The Store undertakes to manufacture products according to the requested specifications and to use high-quality 3D printing materials and technologies.
7.2. Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, slight variations may occur between the final product and the image or description published in the Store.
7.3. The Store will not be liable for damages or losses arising from improper use of the products. It is recommended that products intended solely for decorative or collectible purposes not be used as toys, especially in environments with small children, due to the risk posed by small parts.
7.4. In no event shall the Store's total liability exceed the total value of the order in question.

8. Modifications and Updates

8.1. Torremocha 3D reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
8.2. Modifications will be posted on the Store and will become effective upon posting. Customers are advised to periodically review these terms to stay informed of any changes.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.
9.2. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the Store, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of [City], Spain.

Torremocha 3D operates exclusively as an on-demand 3D printing service. We print our own and third-party models. It is the client's responsibility to secure the necessary rights to use any model they provide for customization.

All printed products are intended for decorative, collectible, or personal use. They should not be considered toys or structurally unfit items, especially in environments with small children, due to potential hazards associated with small parts.

In the event of claims related to copyright or intellectual property, the Customer must immediately notify atencion@torremocha3d.com . After verification of the claim, appropriate measures will be taken, including the possible removal of the product in question from the Store.

Use of the printed products implies express acceptance of this disclaimer. Users are advised to use the products responsibly and take the necessary precautions to avoid any associated risks.
